About Our Speakers:

Nicole Hess is Director of Strategy at Greenlane Search Marketing. Nicole has worked with a variety of clients, from Fortune 500 firms and international organizations to non-profits on marketing and communication strategies. With a background in Linguistics and demographic research.

Nicole is actively involved in local organizations including as a co-organizer of Content Strategy Philly, a trustee of the Awesome Foundation and a consultant at the Corzo Center for the Creative Economy.

Maddie Goodwin is the Content Specialist at Greenlane Search Marketing, helping brands align their unique voice with their user needs and company goals.

She’s a graduate of Philadelphia University’s inaugural Professional Communication program, and after five years abroad has returned home to Philly. She previously worked as a Content Producer for Heyday Digital in Wellington, New Zealand, and an English Teacher in Taipei, Taiwan.

Nicole and Maddie together host the Medium publication Antics in Semantics.
