The summer is coming to an end and it is time to resume our awesome Vue.js events!
For our first talk we have Phil Wolstenholme, who is one of our local community members. Phil is a frontend developer at CTI Digital in Manchester where he's more used to working with Drupal sites than Vue applications. Phil will be talking about how he introduced Vue to CTI and used it to successfully deliver an interesting set of tools for the Royal Navy in the UK, including an alpha application for HMS Queen Elizabeth, the largest and most advanced warship ever built for the United Kingdom.
For the second half we have Dr. Kirill Bibik, Full Stack Developer at Moneysupermarket. Kirill will walk us through his last 10 months working in the McQueen team and the delivery of a green-field project for the Car Insurance channel. Tens of thousands of people are using our journey daily and for this reason we needed an accessible, fast and bug free application.
We are making some slight changes to our refreshments. We have noticed that not everyone is a pizza fan and thus, we will also be bringing some salads and fruits for the evening!

Don't forget, we are always on the lookout for speakers. Did you work on something exciting lately? Or maybe you think you can fill a gap on something we have not covered just yet. If that's so, then step in and do a 5-15min talk. It will be greatly appreciated by your colleagues in the community!
