As a UX Designer, what do you do when your company’s Tech Team or Tech Startup expect to iterate coding and design in an Agile way? Where do you fit UX research to understand users when Sprints happen weekly? Is there time even for real design when you’re expected to do design in 1 week? And sometimes the programmers do your work and builds the UI as well?
Come get hear from Eric Byron on the Agile Mindset who is a local Agile expert and has written extensively on the subject and spoken at numerous conferences on topics related to Agile Software Development. Find out how the UX and Agile process works together and how to compliment designers and programmers skills without stepping on each other’s foot.
Eric Byron has over 30 years of experience in IT, with much of it in digital media and interactive entertainment (video game development).
