Find out about the beliefs of Ancient Egypt with a visit to see the sarcophagus and mummified person in the museum. Get up close to real Ancient Egyptian artefacts. Then get hands on with our mummification doll. Suggested age: 6-12 years. Bring a packed lunch to eat in the picnic area, or visit our café, if you’d like to make a full day of your visit and explore other areas of the museum.
Precautions: We have reduced the numbers in each session, the spaces are ventilated, we encourage adults to wear face coverings, and hand sanitizer will be available. Some resources will be shared with other families during the session.

Booking essential. Please book a ticket per child (accompanying babes in arms are free, and don't require a ticket). Adults don’t require a ticket, but must accompany their child(ren) to the workshop please.
