Competition Breakdowns:

High Rise Window Cleaning Speed Competition- Competitors will start at the top of a structure, unattached to rope. On GO, you'll attach to rope, go over the edge and descend. There will be a column of three windows that will be accessible by a single descent. You'll descend to the first window, clean it, and move on to the next. Time will end as soon as you reach the ground.

Bosun Chair Rescue Competition- Competitors start at the top of a structure, unattached to rope. On GO, they will attach to rope, go over the edge and descend. Below them will be a Rescue Randy who has slipped out of his Bosun Chair and is hanging from his back up device attached to his back D Ring. You'll need to descend to Randy, perform a pick off rescue, and lower Randy and yourself to the ground. Time ends when they reach the ground and disconnect from their rope.

WaterFed® Competition- Competitors begin with a 25ft Triple Crown WaterFed® pole laying on the ground. On "GO", he or she will pick up the pole, extend it to reach the target windows, use the system and pole to clean those windows, lower the pole back down, when their time will stop.

IWCA Speed Competition- Judged by an expert referee and timed by 2 others, competitors must start with applicator in one hand and squeegee in the other and remain so throughout the attempt. Applicator must not be touching the window. On GO, timers start their watches. Wet the entire window and wipe clean, then competitors call STOP when they have cleaned all 3 windows and wiped the ledge.
