Michael Mulroy, Resource Centre for Innovation & Design (RCID)

Resource Centre for Innovation & Design (RCID) is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy established at Newcastle University in 1995.

It is an experienced team of qualified Mechanical, Electronic and Software Engineers who have assisted more than 500 North East companies to develop their products and processes in a wide range of sectors including medical, offshore, renewables, consumer products and services.

Terry McStea of RTC North

Terry is currently part  of the Design Network North team which helps companies to design, develop and launch new products and services.

They use a range of creative tools and workshops to identify new product ideas, to understand needs of customers and to ensure that products are designed to deliver real tangible benefits to users.

Alison Johnson of Exceptional Networking

Looks at the real benefits of Collaboration in product development – discover ways of connecting

Alison has over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering bespoke training to a wide range of professions and industries including the manufacturing industry. Alison is passionate advocate of networking as a business skill.
