Hong Nguyen-Phuong, Director and Principal Consultant at SVAgile:

Hong Nguyen-Phuong is a veteran of Silicon Valley since the late 1990s working at pioneering companies, both industry-leading and startup.

Hong has served in business and market development roles, and in software program and project management roles. His current focus is on leading and coaching agile at the team and enterprise levels; and he has started introducing scaled agile at UCSC Silicon Valley Extension.
