Learning to get out of your own way with comedian, filmmaker and team-building expert Adam Rudder.

A laughter-filled workshop to discover the power of making mistakes and to understand how play transforms your relationship with fear.

The interactive meetup uses purposeful play, experiential group exercises, and gentle improvisation techniques as tools to better understand both your limiting beliefs and the ways you hold yourself back.

Through the proven techniques provided, participants will learn to think quickly on their feet, get out of their own way, and work better as a team.

The program focuses on the brain science aspects of improvisation and play and provides life-changing tools so individuals can take home a better understanding of themselves.

Speaker Bio:
Adam Rudder has partnered on ventures with some of the industry’s top executives, including both the former Director of Development at Marvel Studios and former CEO of LucasFilm, as well as serving as a founding member on multiple tech and content-driven startups. He has also produced content for companies such as Disney and Google. As an award-winning Improviser and Team-building / Company Culture Facilitator, he has been leading his original purposeful play and improv-based trainings for nearly twenty years.

In the process, Adam has assisted thousands of business professionals and teams make dynamic breakthroughs in both their careers and personal lives.
