Get started creating web pages with HTML and CSS, the basic building blocks of web development. Whether you are coding for fun or planning to start a career in web development, learning HTML and CSS is where you should start.

In this course, students will become proficient in HTML and CSS. You will start by learning how to structure basic web pages in HTML and then learn how to style them using CSS.  After mastering these primary aspects of front end development, you will learn to use development tools to help assist in the coding process. At the end of this code camp, students will walk away with a portfolio that includes a personal website you built.
This course is completely beginner friendly and no prior coding experience is necessary.

WHY TAKE THIS COURSE? After completing this course you will be able to build a responsive site using HTML and CSS. You will have an understanding of the DOM and how HTML, CSS, and JavaScript relate to each other. You will feel confident enough to start building your own websites and continue learning other aspects of web technology.
