Ros Lucas has 25 year experience as a teacher of Business and ICT, Head of Careers, School/Industry Links, Aimhigher and Head of Year, part of the Curriculum Development Team, as well as a Tennis and Badminton Coach. She achieved Teaching Certificate in English and Education Studies at Trent Park Teacher Training, in Hertfordshire and a B Ed at the University of London as a working mother of two children. Currently Ros works as an Education/Careers Consultant and Adviser working across London and home counties in private and state schools and colleges, carrying out feedback for The Morrisby Organisation’s psychometric testing on-line programme to support Year 11 and 12 students to plan their progression and understand future options. She also supports a South London School with their Career Management Programme. Ros also works with parents of NEET and most clients are obtained by recommendation.
Phuong Skovgaard qualified coaching qualification in 2012 and mentored young people to either get into work, back to school or follow an entrepreneur route for both charities such as Prince’s Trust and private clients. Phuong has got a master degree in Business, Economics and Computing from Glasgow and Copenhagen. Phuong has over 25 year experience in IT from Motorola, Amazon, Nokia, CapGemini and more. She also works with professionals from financial industries and would like to encourage young girls to get expose to technology and finance. Achievements include many people successfully creating new businesses and professionals getting back or into work using Phuong’s interview controlling technique.
