Session Overview

This isn’t a talk, it’s a mix of tongue in cheek and serious provocation. Andy passionately believes that the way we routinely approach change and transformation is in many cases not fit for purpose, and in the majority of cases not fit for people.

He makes a case for going about things in a fundamentally different way, and challenges us to find an approach to change that celebrates and amplifies what makes us human. He believes that this will better help organisations discover products and services that matter, business and operating models that work, and organisations where people thrive.

About the speaker

After working for a decade in UK Government IT, disillusioned by the amount of waste in the historic approach to policy delivery, Andy spent years lobbying, advocating and finally managing adoption of Agile and Lean ways of working in the public sector. Andy now helps organizations in a range of sectors apply Agile, Lean and related principles to improve people’s working lives and deliver more value.

Doors open at 6.30pm with the talk starting promptly at 7pm.
