-- Ellen Wong --
Ellen Wong is a Director of Engineering at Calm, where she leads their B2B Product Engineering and Backend Platform. Before that, she was at Periscope Data By Sisense, where she led their product integration post merger. She prides herself in building happy and productive teams and believes that teams work best when they are having fun. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and pup, and loves nothing more than snuggling with her pup on a beach with a glass of wine.

Joann Anderson was previously the VP of Engineering at Scoop Technologies where she oversaw all of engineering and at Slack where she oversaw the Core Product teams: Internationalization, Backend Foundation, Calls, and QA. Joann honed her skills in streamlining engineering processes to accelerate release delivery at Adobe and Symantec. In her free time, she channels her inner child playing Magna-Tiles with her two kids, is learning Muay Thai, and hopes one day Marie Kondo will come into her life.

Deepa Mohan has been with the Tech industry in various leadership and technical roles for the past 30 years. She is currently a Technical Program Delivery Leader at SVB Financial Group. Deepa is passionate about data engineering, analytics, and cloud transformation. Her key strength is in building efficient and effective processes in engineering teams. As a Co-Chair of Women's ERG in SVB, she organizes "coffee chats" for ERG members. Being a leader at WWCode-Silicon Valley since 2020, she has hosted many global events. In addition, she is in the Committee for GHC Mentorship and a Board member in Shakti Rise and Create. In her spare time, she leads the coding club at CET, her alma mater. She has climbed Mt. Bierstadt, a fourteener in CO and hopes to scale many more mountains in the future. Her mantra is always focus on physical and mental fitness.
