Having run developer events from brown bags, meetups, dojo's, workshops, hackdays, conferences and very expensive 5 day training courses, I have picked up a few different experiences along the way. These experiences range from the happy to sad, exhilarating to exhausting and occasionally very nervous moments. I'll share the highs and lows and share what I hope are the most valuable tips & tricks.
