Make apps better!
As an attendee,
1. See a presentation, an app, a prototype; then,
2. Comment, in a structured format with others.
That takes 15 minutes (3m app, 10m feedback)
Then we repeat the format
1. See a different presentation, app, prototype
2. Comment on that one, using the same format.
Then we repeat the format (1.+2.) again, with
a different presenter and presentation.
=== Then we take a break! We socialize. You know
who you want to talk to. You heard their comments.
Then, we repeat the format: 3 apps, or prototypes,
or presentations, followed by structured feedback;
then more connecting among us.
To know who is presenting, we use the unconference method, so arrive on time and be ready to present. Show your content a few minutes in advance so it can be reality-checked because we like apps that need work (and not self-promotion.)
* The future is coming! *
I think it'll soon be normal to see strangers (attendees)
give comments that are useful, actionable, valuable, deep.
I think it'll be normal to use a commenting mechanism /
/ protocol / tool / system / procedure / linking.
We'll see central beehive spots hosting a physical in-person
experience that many more can enjoy over the internet.
We MUST see remote attendees giving feedback also.!.!.
It's the technical challenge and it's the norming challenge.
Come for UX-Feedback. It's an event, It merges communities
of practice together. We mix types and interests, sufficiently.
It's Tuesday morning in Asia when 6 to 7pm EST.
Some attendees registered from Japan.
To help you get together, get free pizza delivered to you,
so you give UX-Feedback FROM ANYWHERE on the planet!
=== This enables you and a friend to get together. Have people
come over, see *live* presentations, give feedback instantly,
and do it with a big pizza. Sign up, and we'll show you
"Methods for feedback-making".
The pizza bot is closed. This was to help all our remote attendees to feel that they count! You count!
Many of us shall be in-person * at a central beehive spot * hosting an experience we share online so you may enjoy it from another place.
We'll get more places to go to, also!
So, "remote" people can be in-person,
with others, in a different broadcast space!
Register here and *stay tuned* for updates.
