Ethics and Agile Coaching with Shane Hastie

May 17, 2022 · Cary, United States of America

Shane Hastie will join us to talk about ethics and Agile Coaching. Among other important contributions to the Agile Coaching community, Shane is a leader in the Agile Alliance initiative to define a code of ethical conduct for coaches.

If you are asked by a manager to evaluate the performance of a team member you are coaching, how would you respond? If you were asked to "talk Agile but execute waterfall," would that be ethically justifiable? Have we spent sufficient time reflecting our our ethical stance and a general code of conduct for team coaches?

Join us on May 17th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm Eastern US to explore these and related ethical matters
