Session Overview

A large proportion of agile transformations only involve the project managers and business analysts. But stories, post-its, stand-ups etc are not enough. The developers need help. This workshop will involve you in exploring why, using simulation games that demonstrate what happens to an agile transformation when the development team’s technical practices are not placed at the centre of everything.

Doors open at 6.30pm with the talk starting promptly at 7pm.
