Talk #1
"Comparing Cloud Native Development Frameworks"
As companies are learning the benefits of serverless infrastructure, choosing “the right framework” becomes a very critical process. Jose will compare the most popular cloud native development frameworks including Serverless, Arc, and others. He will highlight some of the benefits and drawback of each one of them to help you make the most adequate decision.

Bio
Jose Guillen is a Sr. DevOps Engineer at [Rangle.io](http://rangle.io/). He helps companies in their digital transformation journeys, including automating pipelines, designing and implementing infrastructures in various cloud providers, and coaching teams on modern development best practices.

Jose has a background in Systems Engineering and has seen the web go from plain HTML/CSS and PHP, to Wordpress, Node.js, and The Cloud. When he's not destroying EC2 instances, Jose likes to set the mood at local venues with his band, run around catching flying discs and enjoy a cold brew (definitively not coffee) with friends.

Talk #2
"Network security and performance problems with cloud migration and how SD-WAN can solve the issues"
Cloud adoption has been growing rapidly in the past 5 years. According to the Gartner report in 2017, 61% of the organizations that report the survey have already adopted Office 365 and 23% were planning to use in the next 6 months. 66% of IT professionals say security is their greatest concern in adopting an enterprise cloud computing strategy. Performance can also become more prominent once the migration is completed. Unlike traditional WAN, Software-Defined WAN or SD-WAN decoupling the control plane from the data plane. This allows more advanced features and controls that can address some of the issues with cloud migration.
