At D2L our Customer Success program is focused on Adoption, Optimization and Growth to ensure our customers achieve the most value out of their Brightspace investment. Engaging with clients of all sizes has its challenges. However, engagement with clients who are in relative terms smaller in size and value adds its own complexities. This session of D2L Night School will focus on how our 1 : many Customer Success program focuses on customers who are smaller in size but are very important in overall value. We will discuss how we focus on our customer segments to develop playbooks to ensure we are reaching as many customers as possible, at the right time and with the right information.
About our Speakers:
Mike Flewwelling is the VP, Customer Success for D2L and has been in customer-facing roles for 20 years. His customer-first approach has allowed him to continually build strong relationships between his teams and the customers they are serving.
Pam Martin is the Sr. Manager, Customer Success for D2L. Pam has held multiple customer facing roles during her career. Pam’s focus on engagement of clients during the journey as well as her understanding how specific scenarios require targeted actions have enabled her to build successful customer facing teams and programs.
