CrossFit classes every Tue and Thurs at 18:00.
The workout lasts about 1 hour and covers Skills like handstand practice, mobility. Olympic lifting, like deadlift, squats and cleans etc. WOD, workout of the day, which is usually about 20mins of a metcon workout, involving running, rowing with power movements mixed in.
You will need a towel, water and gym clothes. We look forward to seeing you there:)
