The Personas API allows you to introduce multiple virtual personas into your business page’s chat thread to represent different brand entities. For example, a sales persona with its own icon and name could hand over a customer request to a customer care representative in the same conversation backed either by a human agent or a bot. This delivers a seamless, more natural user experience as people are accustomed to in face to face interactions.
