What does it take to be a super-ager? The term refers to people in their 70s and 80s who have the mental or physical capability of their decades-younger counterparts.
This workshop is about healthier lifestyle choices for a quality senior life. Hear stories of inspirational super-agers, learn current research into ageing and pick up some health tips and gentle exercises you can try at home.
