Communitech Academy: Leadership Coaching - Fall 2020

Nov 19, 2020 · Kitchener, Canada

For years we’ve been encouraging people leaders in our organizations to adopt a coaching approach with their teams, but what is coaching? And how do you do it effectively?

Join the Communitech Academy for a one-day Leadership Coaching workshop led by the team from Essential Impact and learn a coach model which effectively increases the speed of trust within an organization.

What will I learn?

By the end of the program, you’ll be set to adopt a coach approach and:

  • Increase the speed and effectiveness of decision making
  • Empower direct reports to own and manage challenges
  • Improve time management skills
  • Enhance work performance
  • Shift people from “being stuck” to “taking action”

Who is it for*?

  • People managers
  • HR teams

Getting to Communitech
The parking lot at 151 Charles Street West, Kitchener, is limited and is a shared visitors lot for all tenants in the Tannery building. It is for short term use only, up to two hours.
