I am also pleased to announce a special guest presenter will be joining us: Steve Holden. Steve has been a Director of the Python Software Foundation since 2004 and just finished a 4-year term as its Chairman. He is author of the book Python Web Programming and is one of the architects and core contributors to the PyCon and DjangoCon conferences. His latest venture is organizing a series of regional Django conferences called "Open Django" (www.opendjango.com) and he will be discussing the upcoming Chicago regional conference in June as well as DjangoCon 2013 in Chicago next year.

Welcome to the Chicago Djangonauts Users Group We meet periodically at various locations throughout Chicagoland to talk of things Django. Since the group's reanimation in 2011, we've met several times at Imaginary Landscape, enjoyed a private tour of Metropolitan Brewing, eaten many pizzas and waxed poetic about our favorite framework.
