We are very excited to be teaming up with a local startup, Ada, for our next event. Join us on April 24th as we learn from the fantastic team at Ada about how they build and measure the effectiveness of AI customer support chat bots.
Ada is building the right tools for support teams to answer common questions with automated chat experiences in apps and websites world-wide. So far, Ada has answered hundreds of millions of questions for customers such as Shopify, Telus and Coinbase in over ten languages.
