• Ivan Schneiders (Product Design, UX and Behavioural Science at Leo Burnett)
- Ivan has been designing conversational experiences before it was even cool. As a behavioural scientist with a focus on technology and human experience, Ivan has both taught and researched in this area at leading universities such as UNSW, assisted research for the London School of Economics, as well as creating conversational experiences with major brands in Australia. He’ll be talking about how conversational design should be used to build relationships with customers, and how this benefits both brands and their customers.

- Mark recently returned from presenting at Google’s Chatbase Summit (Google Analytics for chatbots), and will be sharing the insights from the event, including how to use analytics and data to improve chatbots, while also gaining a deeper level of understanding of your customers.
