This is a CEO-only event!  Sessions will include:

Assessing Your Business Model
Based on the book “Business Models for Dummies” learn how to break your model down into basic concepts.  You will be introduced to the Business Model Wheel™.  Discover how to drill down into each element of your model, and to evaluate the relative importance of each the sustained profitability of your business.  You will leave this session able to score, benchmark and analyze the elements and factors that affect your model.  
“Your business plan is important, but there is no point planning the execution of a bad business model.”

Building Your KPI's  
Simply reading your profits statement is like managing from your rear view mirror.  It's backwards-facing management.  KPI's allow you to manage the present, and gives you the information you need to prepare for the future.  Turn your management around with building KPI's.

Have you dedicated time and resources to improving your product lines, processes, techniques, formulas and software? Have you expanded to new or enhanced services or goods?
