What's the refund policy?
You can request a refund up to 30 days before the event. Refunds will be made at our discretion and once agreed, will take 4-5 days to process.
Accessibility and Inclusion
We want to be inclusive and accessible to everyone. We will have live-captioning available for all talks. The venue has wheelchair access. There will be quiet spaces available in the venue to rest throughout the day. You can let us know your specific access and dietary requirements on the order form. If you want to come, but something is getting in the way, write to us so we can give you what you need.
