Build Your Key Performance Indicator Data Warehouse - Chris Anderson

Your business or organization likely has Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance. A KPI data warehouse solution can help you collect KPI data, store it over time, and support analytics. Your executives and management will appreciate analytics and reports that roll up and present KPIs. During this session, you will see an overview of a Key Performance Indicator data warehouse architecture successfully deployed at a large California state agency. You will learn some ways to bring part, or all of it, into your organization to expand your Business Intelligence and Analytics offerings.

Chris Anderson is a Data Architect at the California Employment Development Department, a results-oriented Information Technology (IT) professional and certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His focus is on helping organizations use data and analytics to become more efficient and improve service levels. This has ranged from helping an IT support organizations adopt mature processes quickly and economically, to managing application development, database, business intelligence projects. Chris has built high performance teams, mentoring and training, and speaking at company and community events on topics such as professional development and data and analytics as a business discipline.
