Blockchain Technology as Legal Technology

Feb 28, 2019 · Winston-Salem, United States of America

We have been able to reschedule with Wake Law Professor Raina Haque to discuss Blockchain Technology and its implications to legal frameworks. This is an exciting topic that I know a lot of you were looking forward to!

Join us (and Venture Cafe) for a special conversation on the intersection of blockchain and legal tech. We'll hear from blockchain & legal expert Raina Haque, a professor specializing in Computational Law at Wake Forest University School of Law and the founder of Erdos Intellectual Property Law + Startup Legal. She is among the first blockchain tech patent and trademark attorneys.

Raina serves on the North Carolina Bar Association’s Future of the Law Blockchain Committee where she is tasked with providing guidance on blockchain technologies/cryptoventure law for members at large and she speaks about software patent prosecution for the Practising Law Institute.
