BelfastJS - February 2018 Meetup @ Puppet

Feb 21, 2018 · Belfast, United Kingdom

Happy New Year everyone! It's time for the first session of 2018 - we'll be meeting on Wed 21st Feb (the *third* week in February, check your calendars!) for a mixed talk session hosted by the always-lovely Puppet.

In this exciting episode:

* Martin McKeaveney of Rapid7 will be doing a 'how we built it' session on his recently-released site theming framework, theme-it.
* Philip Smyth from our hosts, Puppet, will be giving a lightning talk on hidden gems (and some pitfalls) in ES6+.
* We'll also have Chris Laughlin, who missed out on our December session, giving a slightly-extended version of his planned lightning talk: Are Shareable and Reusable Components Possible?

We'll start at 6:30pm with some food and chatting, with talks to start around the 7pm mark. Hope to see you all there for what promises to be a great first event of the new year!

• What to bring

Bring just yourself and an open mind! Food and drink will be provided on-site.

• Important to know

Spaces are limited at the event, so please update your RSVP if your situation changes to free up a slot for people on the waitlist.
