Jeff Bean from data Artisans will summarize what's new in Flink as of the Flink Forward Berlin conference.

Ellen Friedman will talk about the book she co-authored with Kostas Tzoumas, "Introduction to Flink." Ted Dunning will briefly discuss how Flink runs on MapR.

The other scheduled speakers will be giving variants of their Flink Forward Berlin talks on the same topics.

Sonali Sharma and Shriya Arora from Netflix will give a talk on Taming large-state to join datasets for Personalization.

Steven Wu from Netflix will talk about job recovery.

Thomas Weise from Lyft will discuss using Python with Beam on Apache Flink.
