We're excited to welcome everyone back to our first meetup of 2018! January is all about Azure Automation and Log Analytics. Azure Automation helps you automation all of your management tasks and lets you focus on the work that adds business value. By automating your environments you can not only reduce errors but also boost efficiency and lower your operational costs. Log Analytics is a service in Operations Management Suite (OMS) that monitors your cloud and on-premises environments to maintain their availability and performance. When the two are combined together, you have a solution which provides a single pane of glass for monitoring metrics, ensuring environment compliance, and adherence to operational guidelines.
In this meeting, we'll be reviewing how Azure Automation can help you manage and monitor your Azure environment with Inventory Mangement, Change Tracking, Update Management, and Desired State Configuration along with scheduled tasks and runbooks!

As the cloud continues to grow this group will be where you can go to learn and collaborate with others about how the cloud is being used for business.
