The event will take place at Plotly’s office. Aire Commune was cancelled because of the high chance of rain Wednesday night.

The event will start at 6:00pm and the talk around 6:30pm.

The purpose of the Montreal CTO Meetup group is to Organize conversations in order to help every technical leader to grow in their responsibilities and experiences.

Topic: How to create an inclusive culture at every stage of a startup’s growth ?

Panel : The discussion will take the form of a panel, with 4 participants divided as follows:
- 1 expert on the subject (Chloé Freslon, founder of URelles, an organization that supports companies to create an inclusive culture and to recruit women in tech)
- 1 leader of an under represented community in tech. (Naoufel Testaouni, founder of QueerInTech)
- 1 Technical leader of a mature company (Jean-Philippe Leblanc, VP Product and Techno at Lightspeed)
- 1 technical leader of a young company (Arach Tchoupani, CTO at Breathe Life)
