We have booked Tuttons in the heart of Covent Garden and close to the venue. The set menu costs £35.50 including 12.5% service charge, drinks are extra. We need confimration and menu choices by end of Monday 19 Nov.
Event Summary
A 2 day, invitation-only, event designed to kickstart new collaboration and open innovation in Electronic Assistive Technology / accessibility. The ATSummit will take place on 22/23 November at the Mozilla Open Space London.
The ATSummit is designed to bring together people with AT and accessibility expertise to identify gaps or needs and then work toward potential collaborative solutions with others. Donation of meeting space by Mozilla foundation, along with generous sponsorship by The Paciello Group (TPG) has allowed OpenDirective to organise an event with no costs for attendees.
At ATSummit you will share ideas with and identify opportunities for collaboration with some of the best in the field of accessible technologies. The goal is to build new collaboration projects that share specialist expertise. By attending ATSummit you will be part of a network that seeks to directly tackle some of the hard problems we face. OpenDirective, the event organisers, are specialists in open innovation. They work with clients across the globe ranging in size from large multinationals to micro-businesses.  Steve Lee, co-founder of OpenDirective and chair of ATSummit, describes ATSummit as "the place at which real solutions, building on a diverse range of experiences, are born".
Similar events in the past have produced collaborations that have collectively raised hundreds of thousands of research and development funds for project teams. In early Q2 of 2013 we expect to see the first of these collaborations to hit the market. It is our hope that ATSummit can reproduce this success for its participants.
