Enhancing Node.js Apps with Electron

Electron is a framework for building cross platform desktop apps using Chromium and Node.js. In this talk, we will explore some of the Node-specific features of Electron and how to leverage them for your next project.

Tom is Co-Founder and V.P. of Engineering at Gather, an Atlanta startup that builds cloud-based event management software used by thousands of restaurants across the U.S. Gather's API is built entirely on Node.js and handles over 70 million monthly requests.
