Authentic Movement is a form of moving meditation based on the relationship between the mover and the witness. This one-day workshop introduces the concept of the inner witness, one of the basic elements of this practice. As you practice mindfulness in movement, you will learn how to track your inner-sensations, spontaneous movement expression and moments of stillness whilst moving in the presence of a witness.
