Bio: Andy Hiles Andy Hiles is a experienced Agile practitioner, event speaker and Agile trainer based in the south west of the UK. With a thorough understanding of the challenges around organisational complexity and what it takes to make an agile transformation successful, Andy displays his experience and passion for Agile though building high performing and successful Agile teams. Working for Radtac across the training and consulting teams, Andy is driving Training from the Back of the Room! techniques in all of the training and coaching engagements.
Bio: Mat Hayes Mat Hayes is an experienced agilist, who has been coaching and building successful teams since 2009. Based in the Midlands, Mat has worked in various industries in the public and private sector both nationally and internationally. Having worked with companies of different sizes and cultures, Mat shares his passion and well-rounded skillset to support teams and organisations from a technical and non-technical perspective. In his recent engagements he has adapted his training techniques to inspire others to incorporate "Training from the back of the room!" – Sharon Bowman’s amazing approach to adult learning.
