Agenda begins with optional Lightning Talk "Openers" before moving into Lean Coffee format. If you want to propose a Lightning Talk, please feel free and bring whatever you have (no PPT required)! Generally, we use with the standard format of 3 min slideless, 5 slides in 5 min, or 7 min Pecha Kucha (20 slides, 20 sec).
Then we'll shift to an adapted Lean Coffee format (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhG-A-kRPAU) so come load our backlog with your interests, questions, and ideas. We've had great feedback on how the ensuing dialogue will really get a feel for the "pulse" of the Atlanta Agile community. Consistently strong engagement and interactions have sparked our learning.
Lunch can be ordered individually as Frontera provides a great break out room for the group. Please keep the input on how to best optimize and evolve the dialogue!

This scaling agile start-up group was created to provide a place to get together so that we can all learn and collaborate about a variety of methods for implementing lean|agile methods in large enterprises--including but not limited to: Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), DaD (Disciplined agile Delivery), Lean Start-up methodologies, as well as related Agile Methodologies and practices such as XP and FDD (Feature Driven Development).
