Nov 14, 2017 · San Francisco, United States of America

As humans, we crave predictability, certainty, recipes and finite solutions. Yet we live in the VUCA world [Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity] where we expected not only to respond and adapt as individuals but also lead others [in the work environment] to embrace and leverage change to create the greatest value with the least effort.

How do we do that? Is there a blueprint to being Agile, Servant and Efficient Leader?

Come explore concepts of neuroleadership and its applications to the field of management and build an understanding of:

Your inner thought process and how to generate change adaption in others

Where do results come from and what to do when one is responsible for the results of others

How to create environment where people can perform their best

How influence happens and how our behaviors and emotions impact those around us

How to recognize mental traps and build resilience to change

Come curious, and walk away with the missing manual of you - the agile leader

Speaker:

Elina Razdobarina works with founders and executive teams to improve performance and bring business agility into their organizations. She draws what's appropriate from the latest management thinking ( Agile, lean, design thinking and neuroscience) to build environments where people find their passion and can perform their best. Where processes and structures are enabling, purpose is clear, and the entire organization is capable and aligned for results.

Through coaching, training and consulting she tackles challenges of culture building, leadership training and executive coaching. Her skills to connect the dots and uncanny ability to relate to people helped her gain clients from around the world- the US, Tanzania and Germany.

Passionate agilist since 2007 Elina is a veteran co-organizer of BayALN and Agile Open. She is also coach-in-training with ORSC and Neuroleadership Institute.
