Nathan Rogowski will present to us on the basics of accessibility testing and why it is important to keep in mind. We will be going over what falls under the umbrella of accessibility, common issues, and basic screen reader usage. There will also be audience participation so be ready to sound smart.
Nathan Rogowski is an Accessibility QA Engineer at Instructure. For the past two years he has focused on training others and auditing new features to make sure they are usable by everyone. When Nathan's not annoying engineers with bug reports, he enjoys volunteering at the Humane Society of Utah and anything geeky.
