SBUX is proud to announce its 2017 monthly speaker series – UX in the 805.
Each month, we highlight an organization in our community creating user-centered services, products, or designs. This is an opportunity for members to learn more about the work of nearby businesses, brainstorm about common UX challenges, network with neighbors, and witness the great projects already being done in our community.
At each event, representatives (researchers, designers, managers, etc) will share on the following:
GOAL What does your company do? How do you focus on the needs of users in your products or services?
STRUCTURE How is UX structured? Where do you find team members supporting UX?
COLLABORATION How do team members work together? What does the relationship between researchers and designers look like? How does UX collaborate with engineering, and/or other teams outside of Product Development?
CHALLENGES Biggest UX challenges or war stories
SUCCESS What has been the coolest thing you’ve learned this year related to users?
