12min.me (http://12min.me/) Berlin invites you again to an evening of insight exchange and the easiest networking in town.

Three great speakers offer their stories, insights and learnings but they don´t have much time. Because everything runs at a 12min.-Beat:

12minutes talk
12minutes Q&A
12minutes networking

The evenings usually end with free drinks, great conversations and new friends.
And the best thing ist: Everything is for free.

Come along, get inspired, enjoy networking!

Our speakers:

Maxi Knust, co-founder of the "The Female Founders Book"

Topic: Our self-publishing journey as a two-women power team

Maxi Knust is an entrepreneur, self-publisher, speaker and (female) empowerment activist. In 2017 she co-published with her co-founder Val Racheeva the "The Female Founders Book", the founders bible with 30 authentic interviews and deep business knowledge and inspiration. The creation process of the book was mainly driven by these women power team, who already made their own first entrepreneurial experience before and thus knowing the challenges and success factors on their own. In 2014 Val Racheeva founded the successful social business WEFOUND COMMUNITY and in 2015 Maxi Knust founded the digital magazine FEMPRENEUR. Though they had no experience in book publishing before, their willing power and mission to inspire women to live and work by their true potential, made them realize their idea. On this talk, Maxi will share the core abilities you need to start, when you hardly have knowledge about the industry before. From a newbie to an expert can take some time, but with these hacks, you will make it possible.

Jenifer Girke, the writer of "Parallel worlds" book

Topic: Failure is good and success a matter of definition

Everybody wants to be good - successful in your job, happy in your life and satisfied in your relationships. But more and more people are struggling with all these expectations society (or family or partner or "just" ourselves) put on us. The media tell you how to look like, advertisements tell you what to eat or what to buy in order to create a better, an ideal version of yourself. Being successful gets more important then loving what you are doing. Time is the greatest value we have but we hardly spend it for being thankful for what we have or being happy with who we are. We forgot to accept ourselves because of the drill of optimisation, we are afraid to fail because failing is seen as weakness. I say: To fail is the best thing you can experience. Just through breakdowns you can unfold your full potential. Accepting yourself is the most important step for success. As a journalist who has to handle a rushed culture of reporting and new problems such as "fake news" I defined success in a new, personal way so that I can use it to flourish instead of burn out.

Patrick Wagner, online entrepreneur, meditation instructor and mindset expert

Topic: How the ‘4-Hour Workweek’ Destroyed my Life

Patrick Wagner is an online entrepreneur, meditation instructor and mindset expert. In 2016, inspired by the bestselling book ‘The 4-Hour Workweek’ by Timothy Ferris, Patrick founded his own online company to escape the 9-5 work life, live anywhere and join the community of new rich digital nomads. On the peak of his goals, Patrick discovered the actual dark side of the ‘4-Hour Workweek’ which led him into a depression and radical life-change experience. From there on he questioned the definition of real success and how to become happy in life. In his talk, Patrick will share his experiences about the journey to success and happiness, re-connecting to your personality and how to free your mind forever.
