In this Know-How Event, you will learn about the basic psychological foundations of good user experiences. Based on case studies, you will learn how to use multi-modal user experience research to understand your users’ feelings and thoughts.
Alexander Hahn is professor for Emotion AI and User Experience Research at Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm. Besides researching frontiers of user experience research, Alexander also teaches at Executive level in Paris, Brussels and Mannheim and enagages in applied research projects with digital startups and corporates.
